System Architecture Description *

AutoTrade Pro is a sophisticated multi-agent trading system designed for institutional cryptocurrency trading. The system operates 24/7 to execute high-frequency trading strategies across multiple exchanges.

SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE:

Core Agents:
1. Portfolio Manager Agent - Oversees overall trading strategy, risk limits, and capital allocation. Makes high-level decisions about which trading strategies to activate and manages position sizing across different assets.
2. Market Data Agent - Continuously ingests real-time market data from Binance, Coinbase Pro, and Kraken exchanges via WebSocket connections. Processes orderbook data, trade feeds, and maintains market state for other agents.
3. Strategy Execution Agent - Implements various trading algorithms including arbitrage, momentum trading, and mean reversion strategies. Receives signals from analysis agents and executes trades via exchange APIs.
4. Risk Management Agent - Monitors all positions, calculates portfolio risk metrics, implements stop-losses, and can halt trading if risk thresholds are exceeded. Operates with real-time position monitoring.
5. Analytics Agent - Performs technical analysis, sentiment analysis from social media feeds, and generates trading signals. Uses machine learning models to predict price movements and identify opportunities.

TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE:
- Deployed on AWS using EKS (Kubernetes) for scalability
- Inter-agent communication via Apache Kafka message queues
- Redis for high-speed caching of market data and trading signals
- PostgreSQL database for trade history and portfolio tracking
- Docker containers for each agent with auto-scaling capabilities
- API keys and secrets managed through AWS Secrets Manager
- Real-time monitoring via CloudWatch and custom dashboards

DATA FLOWS:
Market data flows from exchanges -> Market Data Agent -> Kafka topics -> Strategy and Analytics Agents -> Trading signals -> Strategy Execution Agent -> Exchange APIs. Risk Management Agent monitors all activities and can override decisions.

SECURITY MEASURES:
- All API communications encrypted via TLS
- Agent authentication via JWT tokens
- Network isolation using VPC with private subnets
- Regular security scans and dependency updates
- Audit logging of all trades and agent decisions
